This is how he did it (true story!)

Guys,

You know I’m an advocate for all body workouts and all the benefits that they bring for life happiness, but I thought it would be worthwhile sharing people’s experiences who follow my strategies and decided to stop doing workout splits.

@kishimoto_fan messaged me the other day saying:

“My overall strength has increased a lot and my libido has increased too thanks to rised testosterone levels I guess 🙂 ”

Even if he hasn’t got his t levels checked, if he’s WANTING and HAVING more sex then that’s all that matters, right?

He then went onto say:

“Recovery is faster with compounds since you don’t focus one part heavily. And time spent in the gym is way less since I focus on low reps with heavy weights. I only do it 3 days a week with 48 hours of recovery time and it fits me great. I don’t have to go to gym 6 days a week. It limits your social life badly and relationship with loved ones since you have to work until 5 PM and be outside for workout at least 2 hours.”

So what’s the truth?

Can you get the body you want with workout splits?

Of course you can, but only if it’s your life.

But I never said you couldn’t- I said workout splits are not good for your life happiness, which they aren’t.

Just like having loads of money won’t make you happy.

Now, speaking of happiness:

In order to be happy, you have to think like a happy person would.

If you had sharp, sexy, chiseled abs right now, would you be making excuses about not having enough time to go to the gym?

Or would you be more concerned with maintaining your razor edge appearance, especially after working so hard for it?

It might be difficult for you to picture this if you’re yet to experience it.

But once you are AWARE of the universe responding to your ripped physique, you never want to skip workouts and quit the gym again.

It’s like getting a promotion at work, and then having sick days (before building your reputation).

THIS is how you’ve got to think with your body.

So what’s better?

All body workouts or workout splits?

Think about it. You work 45 hour weeks (maybe a bit less or a bit more), have a partner you’re building a life with and a buzzing social life. You may even have kids too.

You can achieve the body you want by going 5x per week, but you can’t achieve the relationship you want with your partner if you spend more time in the gym than with her.

That would be a shame, wouldn’t it? After all, you’re going to the gym to improve your sex appeal. Come on, we both know that’s the truth . . .

You can’t achieve what you want in your career either. The evening hustle isn’t possible when you’re curling away in front of the mirrors for 2 hours every day.

It also isn’t possible if you’re swiping away on Tinder during your workouts.

You can’t achieve the life you want with your current workout routine . . .
